Nor Hafizah binti Abdullah graduated from International Islamic

University Malaysia with LLB (Hons) in 2006 and LLB_S (Hons) in 2007.

She started her legal career as a Legal Officer in Attorney General’s Chambers in 2008 and been posted as Deputy Public Prosecutor at Session Court Muar, Johor. Since then, she has been handling criminal cases from various courts including Magistrate Court, Session Court and High Court.

She was called to the Bar in High Court of Muar, Johor while she was in Service on 16th November 2014. She then joined Negeri Sembilan Prosecution Team in 2015 before she has been promoted as Senior Federal Counsel at Legal Advisor Office of Prime Minister’s Department in 2016.

During her tenure as Senior Federal Counsel, she was responsible to handle agreements, bills of parliament, cabinet paper, civil suit and various advisory matters for Prime Minister’s Department and its agencies which includes Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN), FELDA, Tabung Haji, Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Malaysia and many more. Then, she was transferred to Inspectorate Unit at Attorney General’s Chambers at Putrajaya before she decided to quit service in 2017.

Puan Nor Hafizah joined Lydiana Law Chambers as Partner and opened Muar branch of the firm. On 1st January 2018, she brings with her such extensive experience in the areas of criminal litigation in conducting defence in various type of criminal defence such as drug trafficking, outrage of modesty, murder, human trafficking, general crime and etc.

In addition, she also has vast exposure in Criminal Litigation in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts, and Courts of Appeal. She has been actively conducting cases under Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan Malaysia since 2019. She believes that “A good heart is better than all the heads in the world.”
