| Anis Syaqeena Abu Johan

Anis Syaqeena graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) in 2024 from University Teknologi Mara (MARA University of Technology), or also known as UiTM.

She completed her nine-month pupillage at Messrs Lydiana Law Chambers in Johor Bahru, Johor. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on October 17, 2025, before Judicial Commissioner Puan Manira Binti Mohd Nor at the High Court of Malaya in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Throughout her pupillage, she acquired practical legal exposure across conveyancing, corporate matters, and civil and criminal litigation. In particular, she assisted with cases involving transfers and consents of property (including commercial properties), non-contentious probate applications, family disputes, contract drafting, and criminal matters under the Penal Code and the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

Following her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor, she has joined Messrs Lydiana Law Chambers in Johor Bahru as a Legal Associate under the supervision of our Partner, Ms. Lydiana Mansor. 

During her university years, she demonstrated her commitment to helping others and actively contributing to society by serving as a member of the volunteer club under the Faculty of Law, UiTM. She demonstrated a strong commitment to serving others, a value she holds firmly and carries into her legal career. 

She is dedicated to applying her legal knowledge to create meaningful impact and deliver effective solutions for those in need, driven by the principles of integrity, moral clarity, and respect for justice, while benefiting others and contributing positively to society.
