Lydiana Mansor graduated with Diploma in Public Administration  from University Technology Mara [UiTM] in 2003. She started her  career as a legal secretary at Messrs. Abdul Rahman Saad &  Associates, Johor Bahru. Thereafter, she went on to pursue her  higher tertiary education in the same university, UiTM and obtained  her Bachelor of Legal Studies [Hons] continue with the LL.B [Hons]  degree in 2008.


She started her legal career as a Legal officer and served the  Malaysian Judicial and Legal Service from December 2008 until  December 2012. She was called to the Bar in High Court of Muar,  Johor while she was in Service on 9th December 2011 before she  embarked into private legal practice at Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co as  an Associate and later on, as a Partner with Messrs. T.Y Lim & Co.


In 2015, she completed her Advance Diploma in Syariah  & Practice [DSLP] at University Technology Mara [UiTM]. She graduated  with a Master of Science (Construction Contract Management) from Faculty of Build Environment & Survey at the  University of Technology Malaysia in 2022. Then, she  established her legal firm by the name of Lydiana Law Chambers on  10th August 2015.


She has been exposed and involved in various types of criminal  litigation including assigning and defending capital punishment  cases since 2013. Eventually, she ventured into conveyancing and general litigation, including Shipping & Admiralty and Construction matters. During these periods, she has been invited by  Perbadanan Taman Negara Johor as a speaker for the Investigation  and Prosecution Department and private universities and schools for a talk under Legal Aid Johor Bar Committee.


She is also an active member for Johor Bar Committee (under  subcommittee for Legal Aid since 2019 and subcommittee for  Human Rights in 2020), International Malaysian Society of  Maritime Law and for Women in Maritime Association Malaysia.  Apart from being a litigation lawyer she is now pursuing her Master  of Science [Construction Contract Management] at University  Technology Malaysia. She is a firm believer that impossible is merely  a word and her motto are to live life to the fullest!
