| Lydiana Mansor



Lydiana Mansor graduated with Diploma in Public Administration from University Teknologi Mara (MARA University of Technology), or also known as UiTM in 2003. She started her career as a Legal Secretary at Messrs. Abdul Rahman Saad & Associates, Johor Bahru. Then, she pursued her studies in the same university, UiTM and earned a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies (Hons). Not long after that, she pursued and earned an LL.B (Hons) from the same academic institution.


In 2008, she served as a Legal Officer for the Malaysian Judicial and Legal Service. While she was in service, in December 2011, she was called to the Bar in High Court of Muar, Johor. Then, in 2012, she embarked into private legal practice at Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co as an Associate. After that, she joined Messrs. T.Y Lim & Co. as a Partner.


In 2015, she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah and Practice in UiTM. Then, she founded and established her legal firm, the Lydiana Law Chambers on the 10th of August 2015. 


She also pursued a master’s degree in which she graduated with a MSc in Construction Contract Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (University of Technology), or also known as UTM, in 2022. Currently, she is a Ph.D candidate in Law Studies in UiTM. She expects complete her Ph.D candidature in September 2026.


She has a diverse experience working in Criminal Litigation including assigning and defending capital punishment cases since 2013. Aside from this, she also has experience working in Conveyancing, Admiralty and Shipping, General Litigation, and Construction Law. Besides practising lawyer, she enjoys giving talks and lectures. She is currently working as a part-time lecturer in tertiary academic institutions namely in Crescendo International College and UTMSPACE. She has been invited to give talks several times at a few organisations such as Perbadanan Taman Negara Johor (Johor National Park) and several private schools and universities in the capacity of being a Legal Aid committee member of Johore Bar.


She is an active member of Johore Bar in which she has been appointed as a sub-committee member for Legal Aid Committee since 2019 as well as a sub-committee member for Human Rights Committee since 2020. She is also an active member for these affiliations; Inns Of Courts Malaysia, Anti-Drug Squad Johor, Women in Maritime Association Malaysia, and Skolar Academy.


In 2025, she obtained several professional certifications as part of her continuous professional development, including the Certified ESG Professional Programme – Level 1 (ESG), organised by the UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei in collaboration with Veritas University College and BAC Education. In addition, she is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner accredited by the Malaysian Society of NLP / NLP Malaysia, applying NLP approaches in advocacy and client management


She is a firm believer that impossible is merely a word and her motto is to live her life to the fullest.
