Rosemah Masuri is a University Malaya graduate and were called to the Barin 1992 and she is now in her 30th year of legal practice.
She started as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Abdul Rahman and Associates in 1992 and practiced litigation and conveyancing work for Bank such as Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Bhd, Malayan Banking Bhd, Arab Malaysian Bank Bhd and Public Bank Berhad.
Also, reviewing and preparing Sale & Purchase Agreement for the Developer such as Taman Megah, Taman Saujana, Taman Harta also individual sub-sale case, Running down claim (accident case), Administration, Probate and Wills. In the year of 1993, she was a Partner of S.N. POY & Co and were also handled litigation and conveyancing cases for multiple local bank.
In Litigation, it involves cases such as Foreclosure Actions, Hire-Purchase claim, the Executions such as garnishee, Bankruptcy, Judgment Debtor Summons, Writ of seizure and Sale, Family matters and Probate & Administrations.
In Conveyancing cases such as Housing Loan, Debenture, Letters of Credit, Overdraft Loan, Letter of Guarantee, Application of Consent to Perumahan and Land Offices, Wills and Administrations, Commercial Agreement and Sale & Purchase Agreement for Developers.
Then moving to the year of 2000, she joined Messrs Jamian & Associates as a Partner doing entirely on Conveyancing, Commercial, Probate and Land matter from Bank and also initiated a joined venture development between landowner for housing, including the documentation, financing and marketing.
In year 2006, she established her own firm in the name of Messrs Kassim & Co. At this firm she is applying all the above accumulated experience and skills for enhancement of her legal service in the various areas of law be it contentious or non-contentious.
She works closely with all the relevant state government bodies and the society at large.
As of 2022, effectively on the 1st of September 2022, Puan Rosemah is merging with the firm of Lydiana Law Chambers and maintaining the Bandar Baru Uda, Johor Bahru branch with the same structure and staffing still the same.
